Are your products approved by the FDA?
Yes. All of our products are manufactured in the USA in an FDA-registered facility and approved by them also. We must comply with the FDA’s regulations for manufacturing our products.
Are your products tested for purity and quality?
Yes. All of our supplements undergo testing to ensure they are of the highest quality, purity and potency.
Does this bottle have an inner seal?
Yes, the bottle has both and inner seal, protecting the contents inside and an outer neck seal around the lid.
Can I buy your products through the website?
Unfortunately, buying through the website is not currently available. We do plan to make that feature available to our customers in the near future.
Which countries do you ship to?
All our products are available for purchase on Amazon and can be shipped to all countries worldwide. We are currently working on setting up the Razinia store on our website and will post which countries we ship to at that time.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
Unfortunately we do not accept cash on delivery. In order to purchase you must pay through Amazon.
Does the money back guarantee really work?
Of course! If you aren’t happy with the product we will refund your money. No questions asked. We just ask that you do it within 30 days of your purchase.
Are your products non-GMO?
Yes! We do not use any ingredients that have genetically modified organisms (GMO) in them. We promise to use only the purest ingredients in our products.
Are your products gluten-free?
Yes, our products are all gluten-free.
Are your products dairy free?
Yes. All our products are dairy-free and safe for those with lactose intolerance.
Are your capsules vegetarian?
Yes. All of our products use veggie capsules and the actual products are 100% vegetarian.
Can a product be taken out of the capsule if I can't swallow capsules?
Yes. You can open up the capsule and add the powder to food or liquid if that is easier to ingest. Many individuals pour the contents of the capsules into their morning smoothies or shakes.
Should I take my dietary supplements all at once or throughout the day?
All the products that we offer that recommend taking more than one capsule per day can be taken all at once or broken up throughout the day. It is based on your personal preference.
Can I take more than what is recommended on the label?
We recommended that you follow the directions that are on the product label. If you want to take more than what is recommended, we suggest you consult with your doctor or other healthcare professional first.
